You agree that all donations are made as unrestricted gifts and will be deposited into the OHPAA General Fund. Any donor-imposed restriction or earmark (including notes on a check memo line, check notation, or online comments) is not binding on OHPAA unless such restrictions are expressly approved in writing by the OHPAA Board of Directors prior to the donation being received. You waive all rights to direct the use of, or receive an accounting for the use of, donated funds, services, or goods.
