Policies & Information
-No refunds or cancellations.

-To reschedule, you must call at least one business day in advance. In the event of an emergency, the box office may choose to make an exception. If an exception is granted, an $5 date change fee will apply.

-The Empress is not responsible for missed shows.

-Evening performances begin at 7:30. Matinees begin at 2:00. Doors open 30 minutes prior.  (This is changing for 2022)

-Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.

-Please park anywhere except on the Aunt Ernie's Pet Parlor lot. They will tow your car at your expense.

-No outside food or drink.

-All seats are reserved.

-Please turn off all cell phones and pagers.

-The use of cameras, recording devices, cellular phones, radios and pagers is strictly prohibited.

-Please put your smart watch in theatre mode. 

-Please do not talk to your neighbor during the show.

-Restrooms are located in the lobby. 

-At the end of the performance, exit through the theatre lobby. 

-When you leave the theater, please remember our sleeping neighbors.

-If the Theater cancels an individual performance, the ticket holder may either (1) reschedule, (2) donate the tickets, (3) receive a gift certificate in the value of the tickets. There will not be any refunds.
